The Service Provider manages the data of the visitors to the Website, the web page registrars and the customers (collectively, the “Affected”) of the website www.bbisuniform.hu (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).

7.4. You may at any time have the right to correct or erase incorrectly recorded data. Some of your information may be corrected by the Affected Website; In other cases, the Service Provider will cancel the data within 3 working days of receiving the request, in which case they will not be recovered. The deletion does not apply to data processing required by law (eg accounting rules), which the Service Provider maintains for the required period of time.

7.7. In such a case, the Service Provider shall provide all available assistance to the determining authorities for the purpose of establishing the identity of the infringing person.
8. E-MAIL ADDRESSES
The Service Provider shall pay particular attention to the legality of the use of the e-mail addresses it manages, so use it only as specified below (for information or advertisement) to send an e-mail.
8.1. Managing e-mail addresses primarily serves to identify the Customer, to execute orders, to access the Services, so that e-mails are sent primarily for this purpose.
8.2. In some cases, the Service Provider will provide information about the changes and other similar services of the Service Provider in the electronic form by e-mail to the Affiliates, in the case of the services provided by the Service Provider or the GCSE. Such notifications, however, are not used by the Service Provider for advertising purposes.
9. OTHER PROVISIONS
9.1. The Service Provider may collect data about the Activity of the Affiliates that can not be linked to the other data provided by the Affiliate upon registration or any other data generated by the use of other websites or services.
9.2. In all cases where the Service Provider intends to use the provided data for purposes other than the purpose of the original data collection, he or she shall inform the Affected Person by means of which he or she shall obtain a prior express consent or provide him with an opportunity to prohibit the use.
9.3.
